Returns and refunds policy

Unfortunately ,we do not issue refunds, as these are health and personal hygiene products, items that can no longer be used once opened. 

We will only exchange an item if it is not opened ,defective or damaged. If in this case you would like to exchange it for the same item, please email us at contact@vzrise.com  and we tell you the process .
